The prints of fingers created the peace dove in the framed artwork by the students in Ms. LaTocha's kindergarten class. Each child also signed their name and added their 'dot' of color.
FINGERPRINT PEACE DOVE PLATTER
The students also used their fingerprints to create this monochromatic peace dove on a ceramic platter.

Your ideas and your finished products are simply stunning! You create things that I would want to buy even if they weren't done by my child!
Loved your project. was it acrylic paint on water color paper?
This project is fantastic! We are hoping to do something similar for our school auction next year but I was just wondering how you avoided all the paint mixing together to form a brown mess? Any suggestion greatly appreciated, thanks : )
It's amazing! Really!
It's possible to make if kids would use similar colours (for example diffrent tones of green). To avoid mixing paint together you should just wait for a while... And then agin with a diffrent colours. Or use a hairdryer ;P
Amazing! Thanks for the idea.
This is a brilliant idea. Did you use a stencil?
Could you tell me where you found the dove silhouette that you used? I'm doing a similar project and I can't find any other dove shapes that I like as much as this one! I would really appreciate it!
What kind of ink pads did you use and where did you buy them?
What kind of ink did you use and where do I buy it?
Has anyone answered these questions? I too would like a nice template for the dove and I'd like to know if you printed it on cardstock and then put it in a frame?
Love this idea!
